Additional California Operations and Clean Air Model

2009 has brought many new challenges to the travel industry. And, in an effort to better position itself for future opportunites, Denver based Ground Sky Limousines has set its 2010 sites on adding another California location to their current roster of ground transportation operations. The recent purchase of a struggling Northern California ground transportation operation offers the ideal vehicle for Ground Sky's current business model.

Slated to be fully-operating by 2nd quarter 2010, this new operation will target San Francisco Bay area travelers with a 100% green operation. Company spokeswoman, Shannon Artman, explains that under the guidance of parent corporation, Consolidated Livery Specialists, Ground Sky's current operations have been successful in acheiving a 100% green vehicle fleet utilizing Compressed Natural Gas and, more recently, BlueTec Mercedes vehicles. "Orignally slated for late 2009 implementation, opportunity was presented to rapidly bring our vision online and realize full scale "Green" operations six months prior to our original target launch date.

During 2nd quarter operations, early and unscheduled implementation of the proposed green model had begun. And, by late July '09, the entire fleet had converted from gasoline to CNG fuel. BlueTec vehicles began introduction to fleet operations shortly thereafter."  Artman goes on to explain that utilizing Ground Sky's current model, she believes that the launch of this new California operation will proceed with minimal delay and is expected to coincide with the launch of another undisclosed business operation at this same location.

Company officials believe this totally green corporate initiative will be well received by end users as well as State and Federal regulators who are responsilbe for monitoring the State and Federal clean air standards. Further, with the looming threat of future regulations being imposed upon ground transportation operations, Ground Sky's proposed operation(s) will position the Company to proceed with "business as usual" once these standards have been implemented, enabling Ground Sky to forego the growing pains normally associated with the trials and errors that typically confront companies as they attempt to ramp up operations to adhere to new regulatory requirements.

Artman says that, "As the Company continues to grow, Ground Sky's focus will remain driven toward 100% customer satisfaction and the delivery of a 100% environmentally responsible business operation."
