Cancellations
For corporate or airport transfers, we require a two hour notice prior to scheduled pickup time(s) in order to waive our minimum charge. Scheduled, hourly reservations require one-week notice of cancellation. Late cancellations are charged at the respective minimum for that vehicle. No-shows or cancellations on day of scheduled reservation shall result in a charge of the total amount of the scheduled reservation, including chauffeur’s anticipated gratuity.
Mountain Resort transportation is billed at the hourly rate(s) for the respective vehicle and based upon travel time. Rates include all airport and fuel fees. Unless on account, or other arrangements are in effect, Ground Sky Limousines requires a credit card to secure reservations.
